The service
We’re a referral service. We pass your enquiry, with your permission, to one independent garage door business. We don’t repair, service or install garage doors or openers, and we aren’t a party to any agreement you make with that business.
The garage door business’s work
The business you’re referred to is responsible for its quote, its work, its warranties and its compliance with the law. Any agreement for the work is between you and that business. We recommend you get a written quote before work starts. Electrical wiring work, such as a new power point for an opener, must be done by a licensed electrician.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
No guarantee of a referral
We try to place every enquiry, but we can’t promise a business will be available for your suburb or timeframe. If we can’t place your enquiry, we’ll tell you.
